Last week, we held the frist Salchicha Pick in over 7 years! What is it, you ask? It's a race for freebies! When given the OK, the doors of the barn doors open and everyone races out of the barn and collect as many salchicha fruits they can from the salchicha field. It's for the -RC- Cluster SL group only!
The -RC- Cluster SL group spent lots of time caring for the salchicha plants this year, and the hard work paid off as they got a over 100 treats for free as they dashed out of the barn to get as many as they could!
We had a few minor difficulties in the PM round (there were two held for different time zones), but we got it straightened out and it went over really well! Since this was the first Pick in a very long time, there were some lessons learned on how to improve the event for next year and make it more fair and easier to understand.
The Salchicha Pick happens only once a year, so if you missed it this year, join the store group and see you next harvest season!!
